Production

To ensure fast and high-quality construction of houses we have developed our own production capacities. It is the first mill in Russia that incorporates practically all the technologies of large-scale wooden houses construction.

Total area of the main shop is more than ten thousand square meters. The mill includes several areas: an area for lumber drying, an area for production of glued beams, a line for production of frames and panels, and a house building area.

The mill is furnished with high-tech equipment from Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Canada and Taiwan. Some pieces of equipment, such as System TM Optimization Line, WoodEye Scanner, KruziMatic radial sawing and milling machine are unique for Russia, and a Weinmann line is unique for Siberia and the Far East.

	System TM Optimization Line, WoodEye Scanner automatically detect and cut out defects in the sawn timber. Computer control of the processes eliminates faults in the end product.
	Featured elements for house building (bay joints, rafters and fachwerk structures) are manufactured at KruziMatic machine.
	Timber frame & panel houses are manufactured using German Weinmann equipment. Pre-assembly of some elements at the mill has certain benefits: it allows control over construction technologies, fast house assembly on site, relatively low per square meter cost.

An integrated mill of Gosstroy Company at the moment is, without exaggeration, the largest one in the Russian industry of wooden houses manufacture. Capacity of the mill is planned to be 150 thousand square meters of living space per year.
