Gosstroy is a dynamically developing company that incorporates advanced technologies in its production. Its major production activities include:

• Manufacture of complete sets of wooden houses;
• Construction of houses on a turnkey basis;
• Construction of cottage villages.

All the structural elements of houses are manufactured at the Company’s mill located in Homutovo village of Irkutsk oblast. The mill is capable to manufacture houses from glued beams, houses based on fachwerk technology, and timber frame houses.

Design output of the mill is 150 thousand square meters of living space per year. After attaining the design production volumes Gosstroy would become a largest producer of low-rise wooden houses in Russia.

Company staff includes experienced architects, civil engineers and designers capable to realize large-scale projects in an integrated manner.
